Curious about infrared photography and getting its distinctly vibrant look? This specialized and moderately technical genre does require a bit of work and modified gear. Today’s featured tutorial covers the editing part, so you might want to save this for later when you need the next step for getting those otherworldly snaps.
In the quick video above, UK photographer and content creator Jamie Windsor briefly introduces his ongoing photography project, which makes use of the glowing foliage effect that infrared photography is known for. Many of his followers have been asking about how he gets this look. So, he shares the editing process using Lightroom and Photoshop. He also shares some bonus tips on how he makes the most out of this technique for his project. Make sure to watch until the end!
