From now through Friday evening, a lot of camera equipment is available for the lowest prices all year. I’m collecting the best deals here and will be updating this page hourly! The last update was 2:42 PM Eastern Standard time.
The following links are affiliate links, meaning that Photography Life will get a small percentage of each sale without costing you anything extra. Especially after getting rid of ads from our website at the start of this year, we rely on these links to keep Photography Life going, and greatly appreciate anyone who does their Black Friday shopping through our page!
Photography Life’s Own Sale
I should probably list this one first :)
We’re currently holding a sale on Photography Life’s Member Page. All yearly memberships are 25% off for your first year, plus a permanent 8% discount for picking an annual membership. In other words, you will get 33% off the first year and then 8% off every subsequent year. If you want to dip your toes in the water, monthly memberships are also 25% off your first month.
I’ve continued to add to our membership page at a rapid pace. In November alone, I already published an updated version of our Creative Landscape Photography eBook, a new Photography Basics eBook, and a four-part Online Workshop called “Creative Post-Processing: How to Bring Out the Best of Your Photos.” These projects join the many articles, lens tests, and photo critiques that we’re publishing regularly for Photography Life Members.
Our sale ends on November 30th at 4pm Eastern, so check out the Photography Life Member Page today if you want access to these products! This will be our last sale until mid-2025.
KEH Sale
At this time of year, there are deals on almost any photography equipment you could think of. But the best way to save money is still to buy used, and personally, that’s how I buy almost all of my camera gear (running a photography website ain’t a way to get rich, people)! That said, I rarely buy from eBay since I’ve been burned in the past, and I prefer to buy my used gear from reputable sites with good return policies, like KEH, MPB, or B&H’s used section.
Right now, KEH is having a wide-reaching sale where almost all inventory is 10% off. Since this gear was already much cheaper than buying new, you may be able to find the cameras or lenses that you wanted at a major discount. This sale lasts until December 2.
You can look through KEH here and apply the discount at checkout using the code BFCM24.

Lume Cube Sale
Lume Cube is still known for their small, cube-shaped lights, but they’re starting to have a more complete product range. Their current sales (see the full list) max out at 50% off of some good lighting gear. Some highlights are the Lume Cube 2.0, tube lights, a ring light, studio panels, and a miniature conference light.
SmugMug Sale
Of all the website-creation websites like Zenfolio, Wix, SquareSpace, etc., my favorite for photographers is SmugMug. I’ve used them for my personal website for about ten years at this point (on my own dime, I’m not sponsored by them). They’re having a sale right now where all new plans are 30% off.
